A vacuum frame press allows for easier loading of large parts. It also allows for stacking of up to 20 panels in the 24" high frame press. Over size frame presses 5' x 24' x 36" high) have been fabricated. Extra high tops of up to 43" can be fabricated in days, not weeks. All of our frame presses are manufactured in house and stock frames ship usually within 24 hours. Custom frame presses usually ship within 2 - 3 days.

The frames come in kit form. The aluminum frame has a doubled sided tape applied to the outside and underside to adhere the polyurethane top. The corner angle irons slip into the frame and have screws to easily assemble the frame. You need to provide the table for the frame and detailed instructions are included for proper table building procedures. The table and baseboard is not provided by Q.V.P.

Aluminum Table Stand
For a flip top vacuum frame press to work to it's full potential, it needs to have a smooth perfectly flat table top. We know that building this table top can be time consuming so let us make the table frame for you. Our aluminum tables are made of heavy duty slotted aluminum. They have been assembled in our shop and marked for easy re-assembly.

The aluminum tables are shipped in kit form. Aluminum table frames have been pre-assembled in the Q.V.P. factory. While they are assembled the pieces are marked for easy reassembly. The tables come with hex head driver for the bolts. You will need to provide a sheet of 3/4" mdf or melamine coated particle board for the top with a sheet of smooth laminate. You will also have to provide a baseboard.

For shops that have limited space but want and have a need for a frame press, you can have both. The new wall mounted vacuum frame allows you to
have a flip top frame press and not permanently take up the space. You can even press flat panels with the unit in the upright position.

- Significantly saves space
The price includes Frame press and Aluminum table frame. In addition the price includes hinges to attach the frame to your wall as well as leg folding hinges. These frames also have extra rails to prevent racking.

You will also have to provide a baseboard. You will also have to build out from your wall a proper mount.

Replacement Frame Press Tops
Over time your frame press membrane might need to be replaced. The chart below shows the prices of the replacement membranes for our standard size frame presses. We can make custom size replacement tops of almost any size. The price includes the membrane top, high tack adhesive to attach the top to your frame. As well as closed cell neoprene vacuum tape.
