ES5 SUPER PRO SET-UP DIAGRAM SIMULTANEOUS VENEERING & KLAMPING
The Electric Pump is always running when doing VAKuum Klamping; therefore, put the switch on the Electric Controller to
“VAK Klamp.” NEVER do VAKuum Klamping with the switch on “VAK Bag.”
When you are not using the pump for Klamping keep the foot pedal off or remove the Klamping set-up and attach the hose with the
check valve directly onto the filter.
Pressing the pedal on its top side creates vacuum to the VAK Klamp(s) and the VAK Bag(s). Pressing the pedal on its bottom side
shuts off the vacuum from the pedal to the klamp and allows air to bleed back to the klamp and release the piece. The check valve
prevents air from bleeding back into the bag.
