Quick Disconnect Instructions

STANDARD & PRO SYSTEMS

To correctly install your Quick Disconnects (QD), drill a 13/32“ hole into your template. Apply glue or silicone around the hole and tap the barbed end of the male QD into the template.

The female QD is placed on the end of your vacuum line. By pressing on the plastic lever, you can quickly connect and disconnect your vacuum line from your templates.

SUPER PRO, INDUSTRIAL & SUPER INDUSTRIAL

If you own a Super Pro, Industrial or Super Industrial system, you must use a hose adapter to convert your 1/2“ I.D. vacuum line to 3/8” I.D. The adapter is a piece of 3/8” I.D. tubing which is about 1’ long and has a black plastic 3/8” to 1/2” adapter barb on one end. Simply connect your 1/2” I.D. tubing to the 1/2” end of the adapter and connect the female QD to the 3/8” end.
