NU-Matics vacuum units are fully automatic, designed to maintain optimal vacuum levels. Once the desired vacuum is reached, the unit automatically shuts off, conserving energy. When the vacuum level drops, the system detects it and reactivates to restore the vacuum. Powered entirely by compressed air, these units provide energy-efficient performance.
A 5 CFM vacuum typically takes around 1.5 minutes to fully evacuate a 4 x 8 bag, ensuring quick operation. Over a typical drying cycle of 4 to 5 hours, the system uses only about 5 minutes of compressed air.
