How to Use the VBM15 Glue Mixer

The VBM15 Glue Mixer is designed to simplify your mixing process, ensuring smooth and consistent results every time. Follow these steps for safe and effective use:

Step 1: Secure the Mixer: Attach the mixer’s drive shaft securely to the power tool's chuck. Double-check the connection to ensure it's tight and secure.

Step 2: Immerse Before Starting: Always fully immerse the mixer head into the material before turning on the power tool. Keep the mixer fully immersed while it’s running to prevent splashing or spills.

Step 3: Hold Steady: Grip the power tool and mixer firmly during use. Make sure the mixing container is stable and won’t tip over or move during operation.

Step 4: Mix Thoroughly Submerge the mixer to about 1 inch above the bottom of the container. Turn on the power tool and move the mixer around the bottom to loosen and blend any settled material.

Step 5: Clean After Each Use Clean the mixer immediately after use: Immerse it in water or a compatible solvent. Run the mixer until it’s clean.

Important Safety Tips:

Never operate the mixer outside of a mixing or cleaning container.

Do not exceed 1200 RPM when using the VBM15 Mixer
